- Get your claim accepted if necessary.
- Ensure that documents are correctly completed (even doctors sometimes make mistakes and employees do not spot these and find it difficult to interact with medical professionals)
- Submit progress reports and supporting documents.
- Facilitate the adjudication and progress until the claim is 24months or finalised (whichever comes first).

TOTAL TEMPORARY DISABLEMENT
- Employer is liable for payment of compensation (75% of earnings) in respect of Total Temporary Disablement for the first three months. After three months, the employer may continue to pay the salary or the employee claims from the Compensation Fund. The employer will be reimbursed.
