The company was founded in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic, and from the beginning the purpose has been far beyond profits. The founder is a seasoned professional, with a passion for risk and insurance management for workmen’s compensation and workplace safety. She always wanted to start a consulting company; however, she was waiting for the perfect moment and timing, funny enough, the only time she started was when nothing was perfect.
What inspired her to start was the challenges the Business Owners/Entrepreneurs were faced with when dealing with the processes related to workplace incidents. COID Specialists (Pty) Ltd services intend to focus on the goal of developing the procedures and processes; so that our clients have minimum lost time due to the accidents and processes of limiting the potential disruption caused by workplace incidents, followed by a return to business as usual.
Today, COID Specialists (Pty) Ltd is a diverse company with multiple solutions and specialties. We now cater for Healthcare Providers, which is an added value for being part of the full value chain of the workmen’s compensation processes. This benefits us in taking a critical look at every aspect of our work and gives us an opportunity to improve.
